THE CHALLENGE

Unite to Light is an NGO that seeks to provide light to people in areas that do not have access to it. Having worked with them on project in 2016 while I was in high school, I felt inspired to contribute to their mission by creating awareness in way that highlights the challenges of people living without electricity so it speaks emotions of the viewer and moves people to donate. 

THE SOLUTION

An animated PSA for Unite to Light. The goal for this animation was to educate the public on the harsh reality of people living in such conditions and also encourage viewers to empathize so they donate to Unite to Light’s cause. A huge part of this project that made it successful was the script which was read by different people within different age groups from different parts of the world, the art direction, musical composition and sound design which were all done by me.
